How do I recommend a company? In order to recommend a company, you must have used one of their services at least once in the last 12 months. You will be required to enter the type of service used as you fill in the recommendation form. You will need to provide a small amount of information about yourself as well as contact information for the company you wish to recommend. Once we have recieved your recommendation, your chosen company will be added to the directory. All chosen companies will be given a basic listing but will have the oppotunity to upgrade to a silver or gold listing at any time. |

Can I recommend a company I work for? Employees/owners of a business may not recommend their company to be listed. Any company found to be self-nominating will be removed from the directory. If you would like your business to be listed in the directory, we recommend distributing the directory web address to customers with their invoice and encouraging them to make a recommendation. |

Our complaints procedure Any Complaints about a company included in the VagDirectory will be investigated. If there are 2 substantiated complaints made against a company in a 6 month period, the company will be permanently removed from the database. |
